Really enjoyed this session with Shams. He made lots of suggestions for creative street photography and I felt he quickly picked up on the differing interest areas of our group and supported us in fine tuning our techniques to realise our inspirations. We also learned from each other and enjoyed looking to see what each other were capturing with our differing lenses and cameras. A really relaxing and enjoyable session!

Really enjoyed the class and felt like I learnt a lot! Everything was explained in layman's terms and was a great balance between theory and practice. The trainer taking the class was very friendly and approachable and didn't make you feel silly for asking lots of questions. I really feel like I've come away from the course with more knowledge and confidence, ready to go and practice on my own.

It was the first time visit to Sheffield, a scouting trip if you will. I lived near London at the time and was looking for a less busy/more affordable area to live in. I was impressed by the old and new, classic and modern, clean and gritty lines intertwined into one beautiful city fabric. When I saw the building, now known to me as Q-Park Charles Street, I thought this must be an art gallery of some sort, only later to be hit by a fact this is only a multi-storey car park! I loved the detail on this lizard. However, the background was very similar to the lizard body colour. In Lightroom I picked a background preset which toned it down somewhat, but not enough. So created a mask and turned down the background even further. A little ?pop? on the lizard skin and I was finished. I hope you like it.
